We build what doesn't exist yet.

Bring the idea and we'll build it together.

01 · Manifesto

Risk is part of the method.

We start every project from scratch, without inheriting the "we've always done it this way". Launching something new means trying things that might fail, and we plan for that from day one.

02 · What we do

We're all in on your product.

Whitelabel products from scratch and custom software.

  1. Whitelabel
  2. Custom software

04 · How we work

First version in weeks.

  1. 04.1 Conversation

You tell us the idea and, from that conversation, we send you a written proposal with the scope of the first version and a date. If the project is complex, we hold more calls before proposing.

  2. 04.2 Prototype

Before building, we turn the idea into something you can touch: clickable screens or a first version in code, depending on the project. That way we adjust course while changing it still costs little.

  3. 04.3 Build

We work on a test environment that updates all the time, so you watch the product grow. Once a week we review it together and decide what comes next.

  4. 04.4 Launch and evolution

We go to market with the first version and, from there, you choose: we keep evolving it with you or we hand it over to your team.

05 · Why Vainilla

  1. 05.1 Startup mindset

We approach every project like a startup: we question the brief before building it.

  2. 05.2 Speed

We're AI-native: a small, senior team using AI across the whole process, which is why the first version ships in weeks.

  3. 05.3 Direct access

You talk directly to the people building your product.

06 · Frequently asked questions

How long does the first version take?

It ships in weeks. Exactly how many depends on the scope and on the integrations the product needs. On the first call we define what goes into that version and give you a date before we start.

What is a whitelabel product?

A digital product we build from scratch so it goes to market under your brand, as your own.

What is it like to work with Vainilla?

You get permanent access to a test environment that updates as we build, and once a week we review it together. You talk directly to the people building your product.

Who owns the code?

It is defined for each project, based on the type of product and the commercial agreement. We put it in writing before we start.

What happens after launch?

You choose. We can keep evolving and maintaining the product with you, or hand it over to your team with the code and the documentation they need to carry on.

If you have an idea that scares you, let's talk.
